Account Deletion

We are sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

Option 1: Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team:

1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
2. Please send the email from the address associated with your account.
3. We will process your request within 30 days.

Option 2: Delete via App Coming Soon

1. Open the Chiss application on your device.
2. Navigate to Settings > Account.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm your choice. This action is irreversible.

Data Retention

Once your account is deleted, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers. Some data may be retained for a short period in our backups before being completely purged.
